Advanced Stats in WAL aren’t just numbers. Just like in sports, the Advanced Stats tell the story of who’s winning, who’s scaling exponentially, who’s well on the field, and who’s well off the field.

At the start of the season, each team makes a Revenue Commitment for the year. We track their progress each quarter.
We use the 8 essential elements in Life and the 8 essential elements in Org in our proprietary Formula 888 to track the scaling velocity of each team.
We train and coach all WAL Teams on the strategic and tactical codes for exponential scale. Each team conducts a quarterly 60-second assessment of all 12 essential elements in business.
